Join Boston Partners in Education’s mentoring community for a workshop on youth voice and youth advocacy. This session will explore the importance of youth voice and how mentors can encourage this in their mentoring relationships. There will be a presentation by Craig McClay, Advisor for Youth Engagement at the Center for Promise. He works with young people on a range of social justice issues, including: job creation, fair housing, quality education, public health and safety. Mentors will also have a chance to practice facilitating youth centered conversations.
