Born and raised in Philadelphia, Lauren arrived in Boston in the Fall of 2004 to attend Harvard University, where she majored in Economics and played four years of Varsity Lacrosse. After graduating in 2008, she took a job as an analyst on the Equity Sales desk at Bank of America-Merrill Lynch, where she continues to work today. Lauren loves animals; her favorite food is pizza; and she is an avid fan of Philadelphia sports teams.
Lauren first learned about Boston Partners from her roommate, who was a volunteer in the Power Lunch program. Moved by the mission and impressed with the approach the organization took to enhancing education, she wanted to find a way to contribute and did so by joining their marathon team for the 2009 Boston Marathon. Her experience was incredibly fulfilling, and she is grateful to have the opportunity to run again as a member of the 2010 team. |
